Pull up your comfy chair or cook along  for an hour with us in Villa Britannia Sicilian kitchen.

Many Sicilian pasta recipes are very simple and easy to make, especially those made with vegetables like this spaghetti alla zucchini.  We Sicilians love pasta with vegetables as the dish is light but flavoursome AND uses easily simple easily obtainable ingredients

We will also be creating a zucchini flan, or quiche.

Courgette flans are single-portion sformatini that are very nice to look at and obviously delicious to eat. Flans have the reputation of being very difficult to prepare, but in my opinion these little ones are within everyone’s reach, trust me!

Then onto Zucchini Parmigiana. Not everyone loves egglplant – but using zucchini instead an equally tasty dish can be created

In this version uses zucchini, layered with mozzarella, ricotta and parmigiano in a tomato sauce, for an equally delighful, light and complete vegetarian meal.
