PRICES EXCLUDES
- Tourist Tax – €3 per person per night – can be paid on departure in cash.
What’s The Tourist Tax?
The tourist tax in Italy is a tax that tourists have to pay for each night of their stay. It is collected by the accommodation they’re staying at – from all types of hotels to B&B, hostels, and campsites – over their vacation. The amount varies according to the municipality and the type of accommodation.
Why Is it Necessary?
Although the tourist tax is reinvested by the municipality mainly in heritage preservation, it is also used to implement all local services and facilities in order to keep the city in a good state and easily accessible to tourists. It’s a small amount per person but it helps to make the difference in keeping our cultural heritage maintained.
PAYMENT & 30% DEPOSIT
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and your 30% deposit you have paid is refundable if cancelled by 30 days of arrival.
ARRIVAL
Your accommodation is available to you from 13,00 pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 8pm.
DEPARTURE
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGE
Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of €50 if you did not report this.
LIABILITY
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held in Villa Britannia record system.
